If a quest condition is not backed by current named evidence, there is no reliable precise answer yet. Do not use an old walkthrough as proof that a current save is blocked.

Search the quest name, compare its version label with your game, and use the I’m Stuck flow to record what you have already tried. Submit the condition and evidence through Report incorrect data when a record is incomplete.
