Direct answer
The official 1.0.0 patch completes the Town Repair storyline, raises the Town Renown cap to 100 and NPC heart cap to 10, and adds proposal events, weddings, marriage, and children. It also adds the Saturday Market Plaza and Bell Tower quests, Stillwell and Zorel, a completable Museum, Steam achievements, and seven beta localization languages.
What changed
The patch adds Mission Quests through Stillwell’s Mission Board, Crystal Resonators and Song Crystals through Zorel, exterior house customization after the house is fully upgraded, seven new perks, and the Engagement Ring craft path. Wedding details such as flowers, cake, and the reception meal can be customized. These are release-level features; this page does not claim that a particular save has met every prerequisite.
Achievements are awarded retroactively from an existing save after it is loaded. The official FAQ separately states that existing saves carry over to 1.0, so starting a new save is not required just to access the release content.
Localization boundary
The initial beta localization set covers Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Spanish. Beta means some late-game text may be incomplete and temporarily appear in English; this is not a claim of full translation coverage.
Next step
Update to the current 1.0.x build, load a backup copy of the existing save, and check the relevant quest, relationship, or language state in-game. Use the 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 pages for later fixes rather than applying an old workaround to a current build.
